Highlands of Elgin Golf Course is rated #7 Top Municipal Course in 2022. Located about an hour northwest of Chicago, this Larry Packard original design is a wonderful track. The course was updated by Ken Killian and Dick Nugent, and most recently by Keith Foster and Art Schaupeter to keep the layout current and challenging. The Highlands also offers a lighted grass driving range to hone your game.
